  • yup i agree with you. i think the arms goes just a bit too far - traps come into play.

  • Range of motion is too large: Upper Arms should not be taken above shoulder level to keep the stress on the rear delts.

    Seriously tho, I notice a good deal of movement in the shoulder blades, i.e., a good deal of upper back involvement. What's your opinion of weight versus "feel"? I'd imagine the heavier weight you use, the more upper back comes into play, but given that we're just trying to get stronger, is this ok (even when this is used as the rear delt exercise as you describe in WSBIII)?
