yeah honestly its freaking joke that they let them review this calls in Canada considering 9 out of 10 times they still find ways to get it wrong even with all of these slow motion angles. The way the refs did everything they could to try to prevent the rangers from beating ottawa so canada would still have a team in the playoffs the NHL is such a joke.

The referees blew the play down. making no call. and not seeing the puck go in. after TORONTO reviewed the play, TORONTO decided it was no goal.

That's where all discrepancies in any game are sent to be reviewed. If the officials in Toronto believe that a play should be reviewed and the ref didn't call for a review, Toronto notifies the scorekeeper, the game stops and a review is made by Toronto.
