That .44 mag looks like a mini cannon. I got a 4 inch 357 s&w mag. That's as high a caliber as I want to get for pistol. I love revolvers too;)

@Jasper50 Yea that's true-That .44 Alaskan model is a BEAST the gun shop told me a man was hunting in Alaska with rifle and he had a side arm .44 alaskan and a grizzly bear came running at him full speed,and just as the bear was about to lash out on him he pulled out the .44 and shot the bear in the top of the skull-the bear dropped dead right at the guy's feet! That's a scary situation to be in-luckily he had that .44 super redhawk.

@BibleStudy1611 That's a great story. Thanks for sharing it. I shot a .44mag with hot loads before with a five to six inch barrel. I'll never forget it. It kicked like a mule. A guy at club I shoot at used a .44mag for a bowling pin match once. The bowling pins flew off the table.

I like 44's... I had a Smith -Wesson chrome 44 with Hogue grips medium sized barrel, very accurate gun. I could blow a smaller tree in half easily!! I sold it, now im trying to find another. I sold most of my pieces except a few goodies LOL I have a lil sumthin I alway's keep and cant be replaced.
