Interesting to note that this video was uploading prior to the North American release of SSBB. Heck, it probably was only a couple weeks after its Japanese release that this video came up. It's understandable that the Olimar player might've not been super-impressive, but he still was pretty good considering the amount of time after the release that he was probably given.

ur metaknight wouldve gotten more stock off faster if u had spammed metaknight's up B more. like at 3:24, 3:41, 3:48 - 3:49, 1:33, 1:42 nd a bunch of other places, u wouldve had him. Since olimars biggest weakness is being off the edge/under him, those times wouldve been perfect to up B, then possible glide into A attack. I'm sure ur metaknight style has changed now being years later, just saying what my metaknight wouldve done personally and what ive noticed work at a place I go to for brawl

@jodrasim im not a fan of meta knight or anything but metaknight is only anoying when spammers use him he is actually really good to use and if you play your cards right you can beat him easily

A lot of comments say that Olimar has a huge disadvantage on this stage due to the water, which I completely understand.
But since Olimar's main weakness is his recovery, i'm not so sure if it's the definitive counter stage for Olimar.
I've been playing my friend's Olimar (which is fantastic) and several times I would gimp his recovery only to have the ground suddenly appear (when the stage "lands") and save him.
