Item tracker is a standard system designed and developed by Integrated Scale Systems. Item Tracker was developed based on the needs of a wholesale supplier to restaurants. Since then, it has been further refined to work well in any wholesale environment. With the ability to store item and user information, Item Tracker offers new levels of accountability and security.

For markets that require it, Item Tracker has strict controls in place for restricting the weight ranges that particular items can fall within. So for example, Fillet Mignon can only be weighed at 10-20 pounds. If a user tries to weigh that item at 2 pounds, the system will not print the required bar code label.

Though designed for a wide range of applications, Integrated Scale Systems is happy to quote a custom modification to the system.
