ししゃも shishamo smelts

骨粗しょう症の検査を受けようと思っていて、
それまでにカルシウムをいっぱい取ろうと思いました。

で、頭からバリバリ骨まで食べられる、ししゃもを食してみました。

ししゃも、好きです。

Isn't shishamo usually served with komochi shishamo (roe)? You find the most interesting things to try....I need to work on my japanese,lol.
