How did you get the engine to do realistic revs on starting the train away...?

I found just using the default settings in the decoder and turning the knob on my Lenz LH-90 gently upwards seemed to do the trick. I actually meant to start-off slightly slower than that, but it was tricky controlling the camera at the same time!
