Islamic radicals of course, the problem is there is no way of knowing which Islamists are radicals, or even which Imams are feeding radicalism because of the secretive and private nature of religious teachings, so it is a situation of terror spreading like a disease that is airborne. It pops up wherever it wills, and there is no stopping it the way we currently handle it. The US tries to locate and foil terrorist plots before they kill victims. That unfortunately is a game of LG wagers.
