  • I think you should go into a bit more deatail. It is a great point to raise, but no follow through!

    Also HIIT needs to be explained as many people have no clue what it is.

  • you got any up? or know of any videos that show high intensity epoc workouts?

  • I have heard a lot about this but have also read in many studies that most individuals who are untrained are unable to work at such high % of VO2 max in order to reap the benefits of this effect.

    Where is ALL the information about EPOC...opinions are out there, but could you please post some actual studies from renowned academic journals which support this?
