I didnt think anything of it...
"Hey, Hun." Nick whispered, hugging me from behind.
"Hey, Nick .."
"Whats wrong?" he asked, closing his eyes.
He spoke as his breath rushed across my neck.
"Nothing .. just thinking of baby names." i replied, turning around.
I hugged him tight.
"Wow, Dems .. you're really skinny." he said, lifting my shirt.
I was skin and bones.
"Are you sure there's a baby in there?" he asked, putting his ear to my stomach.
I giggled. "Thats what the doctor's said."
He smiled and pecked my lips. "Great."
"So, did you have any names in mind?" i asked, sitting on the couch.
"No, havent really thought about it .. what about you?" he asked.
"Hmm.. i was thinking of Crimson if its a boy.." i replied.
"Thats a nice name .. i like it." he smiled.
"And if its a girl, i was thinking of like, Zoey." I looked up at him.
He furrowed his brows and thought about it.
"Zoey?" he repeated.
I nodded. "Why? You dont like it?" i asked.
"Its too flashy. I was gonna say something like Jessica or Nycole." he replied.
I thought abbout it.
I liked Zoey .. i didnt wanna go with anything too cliche.
"But they're all common names." i argued.
"Well, then lets hope its a boy." he smiled, kissing my cheek before standing up.
"Where're you going?" i asked.
He gasped dramatically. "You dont remember?!!"
I looked up at him strangely. "Uhm, no."
"Tsk, tsk. Its my bachelor party tonight!" he exclaimed.
Right. Dammit.
"Oh, right. Forgot. Sorry." i smiled, grasping at my stomach.
I didnt know pregnancy hurt so bad.
If i would've known, i would've thought twice about it.
He smiled. "I'm gonna go get dressed. I'll see you before i leave."
"Kay." i mumbled, flicking on the TV.
*While Nick's at his party*
I screamed in pain.
My stomach felt as if someone had shoved a spear right in it.
Taylor hurried down from upstairs. "What?! What happened?!" she exclaimed.
Her baby bump was clearly shown.
When she ran, she held it protectively.
"It hurts so bad.." i whispered, doubling over in pain.
"Should i take you to the hospital?" she asked.
I looked up at her. I could tell something was wrong.
Really wrong.
I nodded, as we got into Nick's car (he drove with Taylor) and went to the hospital.
