People need to get inspired or maybe they just need to stop expecting things to happen, idk, but the problem is not going to go away. And students are constantly being belittled for not being as clever as other students, and no not by the teachers, but by the students who have higher IQ's.
The education system is complete nonsense, and its VERY likely it'll stay that way i'm afraid.
Luckily i was able to get the best out of the education system (i think lol)

we had simular problems in my school
the teachers actually got bullied by students out of the school until the latest head just came and kicked out any student who seemed violent or a social menece and soon after that there where not friend groups just one big friend group made of people mature enough to realise that we cant simply label people and it was a much better place

in college i feel old enough to actually become friends with the teachers not just to have a repour with them

I've just left secondary school and i miss it so much! i dont know if my school was different to others but it was amazing! the teachers were such nice people and they were my actual friends! and before anyone thinks im sad, im not! XD i really cant see why people dont like school!

my secondary school was rubbish for bullying. The bullies thought up ways of insulting and hurting people in a way that if the perseon being bullied told a teacher the teacher thought it was all just a joke. Even when the bullies were being obvious in their insults the teachers still did nothing. How can you concentate on work when you have no way to defend yourself from people being mean.
