For guys that are always saying that Federer had a bad year .. played a bad match everytime he loses .. if you know something about tenis, you guys should know, that even though Federer is the all time great, other players can beat him in a normal day, not just when he plays a terrible bad match.. Including Hewitt, who used to beat him with relative easy, and played a hell of a match in that final .. RESPECT!

@astromonkee1, given the amount of corruption in just about every sports body there is, I wouldn't be surprised if there was evidence of corruption in the Special Olympics.

@webcke121 I think injuries have destroyed his game as well - hes never been a big hitter of the ball but he was so fast getting into position and could chase down everything, but with all his hip/leg operations his speed has been crippled and hes a shadow of the player he was years ago, and I think it shows how talented he is that he can still mix it with the top players despite this, dont think he would have been consistantly beating Federer/Nadal but he would have been up there

If federer wasnt around i reckon hewitt would have won a few more slams. In like 2 years in a row he lost to the eventual champion - was usually roger + some other guy
