This was about a year ago when I first started working with kettlebells. I've definitely improved my technique and moved up in weight. I still use this workout and still find it challenging. Thanks for the tips!

  • There's potential but not with those weights. You're hips must extend in the swing and also the snatch is a powerful lift but the bell has to make you work for it. Lastly really work on you're rack position and you're press. Fully extend the shoulder and bring you're arm down into you're body, if you extend you're hip you can let the elbow sit here between cleans.

Technique aside this workout looks pretty good, challenging and fun.

  • Nice, but keep your body tight (hardstyle). Less squat and more hinge. look it up.

  • @ZFolger Indeed uncrossed feet and keep them as steady as possible.

  • For the twists, try uncrossing your feet. It'll add a little more difficulty.
