"The 24" is a special-edition mini-series within the "A Body in Progress" journal, chronicling each of the 24 weeks leading up to my participation in the 2012 High Desert Classic. They are designed to stand alone, with all the information a viewer needs to follow my journey without wading through all my other journal entries.

Week 24 (counting down) sees me kick off with a full-body shave for practice, followed by progress pictures and body measurements for comparison later. Then a full week of good, solid workouts.

  • just a suggestion, you should make your coach make you up a diet, this would really kickstart even more progress

  • @nothinbutnet2009 He's done that. The hard part for me, having had bad eating habits for three decades now, is actually following his advice. But I'm getting better.

  • Can I ask where you get all these variations on a theme of various pieces of music (including what sounds like a musak lift style version of "The Ride of the Vakeries"!)

  • @HarryHayfield Most of the music in my videos (including the Valkyrie remix) comes from a company called Digital Juice - they make libraries of music called "BackTraxx". Then there are pieces that came in licensed folders on my computer when I bought it (contrary to YouTube's repeated claims that these pieces are owned by publishing companies).

  • @bigkev2084 Thanks! A lot more to lose, but I already feel SO much better. It's amazing the difference 30 pounds can make, just in walking around, getting out of the car after an hour's drive...

  • Also Just got to the end of the video ... I'm going to make you another video for you privately with just a couple more tips for you specifically.. And the EZ is designed to take stress off of the wrist and the part of your forearm you described ... as for the bicep it works in the same way :)

  • Looking great or looking (in your eyes) bad.. Doesn't matter you get on that stage!!!! I am entering in September and am so nervous because I know people will always be better than me I'll never be the best but I want to be.. And your videos are inspiring I do take away things from you for my own videos, an example is courage... you have tremendous amounts and it has helped me... good luck for the future
