THe question is why we still havent learn the lessons from the Asian and Latin crises? Why we still continue to use same loose monetary policy regulations allowing financial inst-s pick up underwriters they want and auditors they want? Why we dont mention early warning indicators that do not work (such as credit ratings) and apply better ones as been numerous researches done on it??
