I love TGS...........but Hilda May should left Barneys hair alone and gave the guy some head. I swear Barney woulda been as good as gold after that................I guess they didnt do that in the 60's :-(

Yes Andy is trying NOT to tell you Barney that you can't keep law and order for 8 measily old hours. If told him the truth he'd pout and go into a depression Excatly as he did 8 hrs later when he locked up the whole town. and the town laughed at him. Barney's to sensitve.
