These cars are being prepared for testing, fresh from the factory. The ASA in the video is what came programmed from the factory and was never used in service. Not sure if this is the same that is in 0713... Anyone with good ears?

You should hear the NJ Transit voice. Its some lady and she won't shut up. She talks non stop and has an extremely annoying voice.

0708,0709 are in serivce with 0702-0713 inservice with 0716-0793 with 0700,0701,0714,0715 still in testing
