  • How old is that press?

  • Getting close to 18 months more or less. I've probably done about 2000-2500 pistol rounds, 300 small rifle and 100 large rifle rounds. When doing the long rifle rounds I had to remove the auto index device because the turret tried to index before the case completely exited the sizing die. The large rifle rounds were for 270 which we neck sized 30-06 brass for. Had no problems neck sizing with this press although its not exactly designed for it.

  • @mofo888 hey just bought the press was wondering if u found out what size bolts u needed to mount it ?

  • How do you deal with the spent primers once you've mounted the press onto a bench...unlike other Lee presses, there isn't a spent primer tube.

  • just bought this press and i'm not sure if i'm just missing something included in the material but what size bolts do i need to mount the press? i know length is what i need but what size fits in there? thanks you.

  • Great little video. Thanks for the extra comments about 4th stage crimp. I'm getting this press to reload for my 32ACP - not a popular caliber, but fun to shoot!

  • I just bought one of these presses, nice video

  • Seems like the auto-indexing turret misalignment is a problem worth getting fixed.

  • The crimp die is very important for 7.62 x 25 and other semi auto rounds, It straightens out the bullet on the 7.62 x 25.

  • Thanks for the reply

  • I'm getting into reloading .45acp and have the Lee 4 die set on a Lyman turret press. There are a lot of opinions on using that last (factory crimp) die. Thank you for that vid.
