As in a REAL murder investgation.they will not just go by the dash cam.That looks like a dowtown area.Its vid cameras everywhere. If the whole force is not corrupt,wich they prolly are! The will pull vid tape from all the cam's in the area.That will tell exactaly what happend. Me personally? The guy was murdered on the side walk. You have non lethal weapons to use. if it cam to that. More than likely this will be covered up. And another cop gets away with murder.

Really? all I see is the cop approach the guy. since when is it illegal to carry a knife? Looked to me like he was cutting something, as he was walking. Not waiving it around, and certainly not "going after the police officer".

The death penalty for not complying with a police instruction. He didn't drop the knife, so he was shot to death. He was minding his own business until that cop confronted him. He didn't lunge at the cop or threaten him. All he did was not drop the knife within the 15 seconds or so the cop gave him...less actually. This looks like cold blooded murder.
