Electrical Technology Program at Bevill State Community College

As a graduate of the Electrical Technology program at Bevill State, you will have a wide array of career opportunities to pursue. Among the various occupations our graduates are qualified to seek are journeyman electrical installers with heavy industry, utilities, and commercial contractors, industrial maintenance or electrician, commercial electrician, or residential construction and wiring. According to labor statistics, the number of technician positions is expected to grow faster than average due to the demand for new industrial, commercial, and residential electrical systems. The placement rate of graduates of the Bevill State Electrical Technology program has exceeded 85% in recent years, with many students obtaining employment prior to graduation.
