as long as its clean and they dont have any dieseases than really dont need a dental dam because there really is little to no poo present in the rectum when not having a bowel moviement. Just wash in shower with soap and use a enema possibly as well and your good to go

It's probably worth mentioning in another video that dental dams can be made out of condoms. I doubt most people know where to get dental dams, especially in the heat of things.
