yeh, alot of BJJ moves rnt as complicated as they look. Such as a standing guard pass. My master said it is one of the most complicated. However, once you break it up into a step 1,2,3...etc.. mode it gets easy and you can do it smoothly after practicing. Eddie Camden is a gr8 teacher
