Gundula Janowitz really is one of the best opera singers we ever had. What a beautiful voice and what a technique!

Janowitz is really a master of tecnique, she is not only a great example of the best of german school, but also has warm, beauty, tenderness, sensibility, perfect line, very good taste, a wonderful simplicity. She never forces, the emission is sublime, clear, without any complication. Listening her is a lesson of singing for everybody.
