This is the first optional map for Chapter 1. Most chapters have two optional maps each. Other stuff is probably covered in the annotations, so just read those.

Is there something like a weapon triangle in this game?

This game doesn't have a weapon triangle, but there are some enemies later that have elemental weaknesses (mostly dragons).

Why crossbos chris? Imo she should bow asap to ever see the promotion. Any lvl for Adel w/o spear mastery increase is a fail, btw)))))

I said in one of the annotations that I don't plan to use Chris. I'm going with Sylvis and Istobal instead. If I wanted to promote her though, you're right about sticking to bows first.

Same thing with Adel, of course. I'm not going to use him long-term and I don't care if he promotes. :)

Those poor horsies... Smithies and mercenaries sound like fun shenanigans, though.

This map almost screams Chapter 7 of FE5. All it's really missing is Shiva...
