One thing that was interesting is how in the JLA/Avengers comic, these two characters were presented as the moral centers of their respective universes, but were instantly at odds with one another.

@edward2962 Supes was probably written 2 be more GOP lke, whereas Cap was written 2 be more of a str8 up Dem! :-)

I agree with you that Captain America and Superman are not American Propaganda. They might have been during WWII but not now.
