  • Great bags. Where did you get them?

  • they are from All American ....

  • Nice Job. :)

  • Thanks

  • I just lightly sprayed the end of the muffler to cover the newly exposed metal from drilling.

Tried not to over do it, but if I had more time, I could mask off more and touch up the entire inner portion...

I have gone back since then and increased to holes to 1/2" and drilled a hole in the inner pipe

My only concern has been stalling it wants to stall more when I start it up, so I tend to warm-up the engine more and have fiddled with the idle speed some

    Thanks for the comment...

  • it sounds worse

  • What did this mod do to your back pressure? Are you noticing any backfires since you did it?

  • gosh that is a good sound coming from those pipes. nices work.

  • Awesome. You the man. I have a vtx1300c, and the pipe is different. Is the Clayton mod part of this or was it done prior? If prior, where can I get the Clayton mod steps? Thanks

  • You got your bags from All American. Is that the bag manufacturer or the store you got them at. I can't find them online.

  • @ninja1168 Is All American the brand of bag or the place you got them? I can't find them online.

Great job with the modification and explanation by the way.

  • The "C" model has a different exhaust then the others. I'm not sure, but I think it has one less baffle on the inside too.

  • rerivera70, yours looks different because he obviously cut off the ear/metal end plate.
