Tests performed Nov 10 failed miserably. Even the slightest bit of foam formation clogged the gas outlet ports enough to force electrolyte to back up into and flood the bubbler/reservoir. Even tripling the size of the outlet channel had no effect. Next step is to try removing the gas dam and see what happens.

  • Instead of cutting all the channles and weakining your tube you should either block the channle opposite of the opening or stager your slot. So if the opening for elec. is on the left you put glue in the channle on the right. Then there is no direct flow. Or make a 1-2 inch channle on one side then on the other side the same like a dashed line.

  • You haven't thought it through. Gluing the adjacent channel blocks elyte from getting to the plates further back from the reservoir. I almost made that mistake too.

  • Hi Zero,

Do you know what i find strange? I live in the Netherlands and watch your video's for a couple of months. Sinds this week all of the ratings for all your video's are from allmost six stars changed to a half star rating. ...very strange!

I think youtube don't want to promote your interesting stuff any more

  • This problem is system wide. YouTube is a mess right now.

  • When the water jet cuts our plates we have two holes cut at the top and a return channel cut in the plates at the bottom. On the 3 inch plates we swap them and put the holes at the bottom.

  • really interesting . but the space that separate each chanel is not big , it will be wet there and there will probably be current leakage (since spacer are not made of rubber so its not tight fit with the inside of the cell

  • Have you made in progress on your modification to the T Cell? When will you have next live broadcast on the Tcell?

  • What statement? Besides, you can't make your own statements?
