How to get the Xbox August Dashboard Update EARLY [Not Beta]

you are going to need a USB Drive or [if it works] a blank CD

THIS WILL NOT BAN YOU, THE WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN IS THAT YOU BE DISCONNECTED FROM XBOX LIVE UNTIL THE AUGUST 11th

Step by Step Guide
1. Download
2. Open or Extract the file from Winrar
3. Move the file to your USB Drive (located in the Computer Directory)
5. Eject [Make sure the file is by its self as shown in the video. No extra folders]
6. Connect the USB Device or [if possible] CD in the Xbox
7. The Update Pop up should open and Select "Update"
8. DONE

Dude, i'm already banned and i applied this update, but i can't do anything else, none of my themes work, my avatar is unavailable and i can't install the NXE 1.0, any solutions? >:( (i know its not your responsability and i anything, that's on me, but this sucks...)

This probly was a beta, seeing as how this morning I turned on the 360 and it said I had an update,
