Sraith a thugann léargas ar chultúr ceoil ó oileáin éagsúla fad cósta na hÉireann. Mar aon leis an gceol feicfimid radharcanna iontacha ó thírdhreach na n-oileán féin.
''Faigheann tú 'serious goosebumps' agus tú ag siúl isteach sa séipéal Lá Fhéile Pádraig nuair atá do bhanna ag dul go maith''. An píobaire Conal Mac Conmara ag cur síos ar sheinnt le banna píb in Acaill. Páirteach sa gclár freisin tá Seán Mac Conmara, Cáit Nic Suibhne, Cleamairí an Chorráin, Donncha Óg Ó Gallchobhair, Des Mc Cafferky agus Banna Píb an Chaoil.

This series of programmes explores the rich musical culture of Ireland's islands. Each programme gives an insight into the musical tradition of the featured island(s), and images of the islands' unique environment enhance the sentiment of the music and songs, and provide an effective and dramatic context. The series is produced and directed by Máirín Seoighe (Scannáin Dobharchú) and makes use of archive material and interviews with island natives

This programme is about Achill Island where music was an integral part of island life. 'You get serious goosebumps as you march into into the Church if your band is going well," Piper Conal Mc Namara states, as he describes playing with an Achill pipe band on St Patrick's day. Other participants include Seán Mac Conmara, Cáit Nic Suibhne, the Corraun Strawboys, Donncha "g " Gallchobhair, Des Mc Cafferky, Noel O'Grady and the Keel Pipe Band.
