Closing credits with the Hanna-Barbera swirling star logo from the Saturday May 25, 1985 airing of "TheScary Scooby Funnies" on ABC. This was a repackaging of Scooby-Doo episodes (mainly from 1980 to 1983) which was penciled in on ABC's Saturday morning line-up to replace Wolf Rock TV, which was canceled after only three episodes, and followed "The New Scooby Doo Mysteries".
Notice the copyright @0:27...it says 1979 even though the music is from the Scooby Doo mysteries end credits. The background is from the main episode card for the Scooby Doo show syndication as well as subsequent shows until 1985.

@curt349
One more anthology program followed for the 1985-86 season: "Scooby's Mystery Fun House," which uses the "Scooby & Scrappy-Doo" closing theme in the closing credits.

@curt349 Yes, I and/or some other guy I e-mailed around a decade ago, both of us reasoning, more or less the same thing. The title image of the Scary Scooby Funnies, something I saw around the same time, was actually a decent shot of a pumpkin smiling, and a pumpkin making a frowny face, and the title was in a nice, dramatic font.

ABC staff announcer Ed Jordan was the V/O on the end credits.

Please bring on the 1982 closing credits for "Scooby and Scrappy Doo puppy hour" and "The new Scooby and Scrappy-Doo show" 1983 closing credits

But now TimeWarner owns both Hanna-Barbera and Warner Home Video (which Ted Turner acquired the Animation Studio from Taft in 1991), Turner agreed that if TimeWarner re-did Scooby-Doo other than "The Scary Scooby Funnies".

Was Scary Scooby Funnies just reruns of the Scooby/Scrappy shorts? I vaguely recall that show.

Now if you could find the credits to Wolf Rock TV...I can find absolutely no video footage of this show whatsoever. I'm still not convinced that it actually *existed*...:-P
