A test shot using Panasonic HMC-152 with Letus Extreme 35mm adaptor and Nikon 50mm f1.4 oriiginal footage edited in Sony Vegas with no colour correction.
The only thing that should dictate your f-stop is how much (or how little) depth of field you want, unless of course, you have no control over the lighting.
Do u know if the nikon 50mm works with the Letus35 Mini? I'd have to buy the mount nikon AI with it?

I don't think there's much difference. but 1.4 comes in handy when it comes to low light conditions. cheers.
