http://www.revzilla.com/agv-t-2-helmets Second in command to the pro-level GP Tech, the AGV T-2 Helmet borrows a ton of features from its big brother but leaves out a couple of the crazy pro features to keep cost down a bit. It utilizes the a slightly different shell weave, incorporating fiberglass into the blend of kevlar and carbon fiber for an extreme lightweight helmet that offers high impact protection. The Integrated Ventilation System uses wide channels incorporated into the shell that have vent holes hollowed through the EPS for exceptional airflow. Aerodynamics are top notch, but air flow is really one of the best features of this helmet. The XQRS allows for tool-less and fast shield changes and the anti-scratch anti-fog visor has tear-off posts. Inside, the CoolMax and Dry-Comfort cheekpads and helmet liner are antimicrobial, moisture-wicking and completely removable and washable. The T-2 is DOT and ECE certified.
Which one is better for an every-day street sport rider, T2 or K3 ? price isn't an issue, I'm more interested in benefits like noise/comfort/safety... thanks

@LoudnessGuyNejc T-2 is definitely a nicer helmet. It will flow more air and for sure keep the noise down better.

So is the gp tech and t2 helmets not safe for the roads, or to put it better, are there safer helmets out there for the road? Love the race look but I want maximum safety. Great video as usual! Love the reviews. And RIP simoncelli

@ph1lo Totally fine for the road but designed for the track!

is there Better/Worse/Same than Arai Profile? How would I decide between the 2?

@AJ87Bs They are both top-tier helmets. What will ultimately determine your choice is the shape of your head. The T-2 Helmet uses more of an intermediate oval while the Profile uses a long oval, where the head is longer front to back; this is the Profile's distinguishing characteristic.
