This video is better; but isn't this a duplex? Where are the bedrooms? Also would be better if it started with the cameraman at least standing in the doorway facing in (if there's no second person available to open the door). The idea is to re-create, as closely as possible, what a buyer would see if they actually walked through the house. One important thing: every time you walk into a room, you need to turn around with the camera and walk back out - it gives the viewer perspective. A Buck and Some Change (Jazz)
