i'm asian and he is telling truth, i grew up with black folkz raised with black folkz, and they use the word nigga all day(ex:white niggas, asian niggas, mexican niggas) like a noun and so do i and i only had one guy ever say something to me and he was really old and he only says its because he use to fight for the word, so i repected that and didn't say it around him, but other than that nigga is used all day, like a noun, and yes i'm from the hood iunno if its koo in the suburbs and shit haha
