  • Mario is a far much better cook than Emeril. He does not horse around and shows more of the cuisines, especially from Italy. Emeril is all show and yelling and still has errors like undercooking all his meats to new levels below "raw". He put the rare in rare! He is all fame because of "Bam" etc. Mario goes deep into real culinary food.
