Two Dutch TV presenters eat each other's flesh on TV show

Two Dutch TV presenters are set to make history with a macabre broadcast stunt.

Each presenter has eaten the flesh of the other - and the disgusting meal will be broadcast on their show.

Dennis Storm and Valerio Zeno both underwent surgery to have a small piece of muscle removed.

They then fried each other's meat and ate it in front of a studio audience.

The bizarre stunt was part of a TV show on BNN called Proefkonijnen - meaning 'Guinea Pigs' - in which they try to answer 'stupid questions' by undergoing unusual challenges.

Mr Storm opted to lose a chunk of his backside, while Mr Zeno's meat came from his abdomen.

The pair claimed that 'nothing is really that special' about human meat, which they ate without any seasoning - but they have so far refused to say how it tasted.

Mr Storm admitted that 'it is weird to look into the eyes of a friend when you are chewing on his belly,' according to ABC News, but said that he did not regret his decision.

He said: 'It was just a few centimetres of meat - and now I have a good story about that scar.'

They insist that their stunt was entirely legal as both entered into the cannibalistic pact voluntarily.

A lawyer advised the programme's producers that while cannibalism is not itself against the law, the presenters or the surgeon who operated on them could run in to legal difficulties.

And the presenters also claim that there is no risk of ill health, as long as the human meat is properly cooked.

You're forgiven, no worries. The display of this scene can be disturbing for a lot of people indeed. Do mind though, The cultures between European countries differ a whole lot from each other if you look at things at a closer perspective. Better said would be "The Netherlands", indeed.
