Swimming in Gandzasar, Artsax (Karabagh)

My friends and I going out to eat at a village restaurant. There was a swimming area near by and people were enjoying the cool water. You can see the new, modern building in the background. There are bridges and paths to take you from the parking lot to the water. There is a pinic area with tables for families to enjoy the open air and swim after eating xorovac!

Wow, I want to go there so bad.

I might be going to Stepanakert this summer, how far is this place ?

If i recall correctly, it was about 1hr - 2hrs ride from Stephanakert. If you go to this village, you need to check out this restaurant and dzor as well as Ganzazar Vank and there is also a wall in this village filled with Azeri license plates after the war. It's very cool. However, the ride from Yerevan to Stephanakert will get you a bit car sick...but it is worth it!!
