Is not your body yours to do with as you wish? Is that not an inherent human right? How many alcoholics do you know? Or tobbacco users? are these not "drugs"? The war on drugs is like so many created crisis. It is designed to keep the people occupied with an ongoing crisis so that they do not have time to think or reflect and demand more from their country. Keep the wolfe at the door and you can carry off the farm.

the violence and growing numbers of gangs or drug cartels is more of a problem in America then the possible consequences of growing numbers in drug addicts if drugs were to be legal.

The Drug War is one of the dumbest policies in US history. Arguing against prohibition is much easier than other issues, because of the absolute sheer ignorance of most prohibitionists.

I don't think that about all Ron Paul supporters. It is just that some of the ones in here have no concept of what satire is. Ron Paul is extremely intelligent on the issue of drug legalization.
