So the bloom and the camera filter and the blur are after effects? That's a shame. I must admit, it did make it a tad bit more "realistic", unlike usually where the overuse of bloom just makes it tacky.

May I ask how have you gotten this kind of image? It looks like a PS3 or Xbox. I got RFactor, same track and my visual effects look ridiculous in comparison of this one. Great video btw.

Well, it's all about after effects (edited video) in Sony Vegas.
If you run the game at maximum (Dx9), i bet my game looks the same as yours.
Only tip i can give you is try to race/drive between 4-5 Pm, then you may see cool looking shaders on the tarmac/road. :)
