Loida Ramones manages a small piggery in Bohol, Philippines. She is 41 years old and the mother of three children. She received a loan of 11,000 pesos ($250 USD) from Community Economic Ventures (CEV) in order to purchase pigs and pig food. The loan was funded on the website www.kiva.org.
