Nigeria's rebel group MEND has declared "all-out war" after recent clashes with security forces, and issued a fresh warning to foreign oil producers to pull out of their volatile southern region. The group, which has kidnapped dozens of foreigners in recent years, says it is fighting for regional autonomy and a greater share of vast oil resources.

  • But of course, they don't pressure the governments to improve the lots of the people. no. that would be to simple.

  • i want the rabel to blow up the refinery so that they will stop drilling oil since they dont want to give us what we are asking for .

  • LOL it only costs them $50 mil a year for security, yet they call it a huge expense...
