How the hell did he pass his PCV LICENCE" ?. You'd be luck to get a single decker through there, never mind a double. What the hell was he thinking, Thank god none of the kids were killed, he could of easly killed everyone on the top deck, good job they had the sence to duck down. or this driver would of been going to jail for a long while.
