  • Ehm, no... Decline bench presses hits (mainly) pectoralis major, sternal area. So do high pulley cable crossovers. Incline bench presses hits (mainly) the clavicular head of pectoralis major, and so do low pulley cable crossovers. in other words: pressing downward (decline and high pulley's) is for lower chest. pressing upward (incline and low pulley's) is for upper chest.

  • While watching this video, I was 99% sure the equipment was about to transform into those evil Constructicons vehicles from the transformer cartoons. I'd be too afraid of that to work out there.
