Phun - AI (Wall Sensor Robot)

In this video ive built some sort of robot that can sense when he hits a wall and then change directions.
sensors may seem a little difficult to make in phun, but this one is really simple...
i think this is the first phun scene with AI ever, and i hope this wont be the only one :)

well, its not a complex software AI, but i think yes, it can be called a primitive AI.

it's like a decision-making software, like a "IF-ELSE" function:

if (right switch = pressed) > robot moves left

else > robot moves right

Neat, but it's not AI, it's just a gear switching thing. But that's really clever anyway.

a real wall sensing robot wouldn't hit the walls! I can easily make a robot that senses walls with a laser and a few scripts! and i can make a robot with real AI!

In the newest verison of Phun (5.28) there is a gear tool.

to make gears or rather simulate them, i just use circles with high friction. They work well but probably not as solid as gears. i really want to find a good chain or belt or someway to transmit torque a distance.
