Please everyone, if you are a heavy drinker (get drunk everyday) you need to consult a doctor before you quit! Alcohol withdrawal can be deadly! I beg you please if you're a heavy drinker just go drive down to the closest ER and tell the staff or your situation, they will gladly give you some valium and send you on your way. I detoxed by myself and ended up in a hospital room for 2 weeks! Please, alcohol withdrawal is deadly SHIT.

I feel stuck. I drink at least 10 beers at home every week night. 60 per weekend. Hard to concentrate at work, just barely slipping buy with bills. I wish I had some help. It's just so easy to be alone now.

Started drinking heavy for about 5 years ago, around 12 pack of beer every other or 3rd day just because it was fun, on weekends both fri and sat, then my gf left me and then it got really heavy. Ive been sober now for almost 30 days but the abstinens symptoms i have from not getting alcohol is horrible. I never tought that recovery could be this fucking hard. I dont feel the need to drink but my body is killing me. I heard that i takes up to 3 to 6 months to recover. Enough drinking for me.

Your an alcoholic, that no longer drinks.... thats what the term once an alcoholic always an alcoholic means in a way. I have an adictive personality soooo bad, but i quit smoking... 1 year now in about 15 days whoot whoot
