@onstageagain there is no way you have more years in college than anyone has fingers. Were you seriously trying to spell circumstances? The number of innocent people America has waterboarded is pathetic. Your country is committing war crimes and you think it's ok? Torture doesn't work. Waterboarding is necessary, under the siecumstances... its necessary... Perfect action. Strapping a person to a surface, covering their face with cloth and pouring water on their face to imitate the sensation of drowning could be used if an unlawful combatant is possessing information that would help us prevent catastrophic loss of life of Americans or their allies !

For all you idiots out there this man who's getting waterboarded payed those guys to water board him in a CONTROLLED environment. He's done it once before when he first joined the army and he wanted to demonstrate it. No, this is not a captured american and no those aren't terrorists. It's all controlled.. when he wanted it to stop.. it stopped but he lasted 23 minutes. ( average person 8 seconds ) So yes this ex soldier is a badass
