There are tons of reasons why people kill. A few: fetal Alcohol Syndrome (maybe) or psychopathy (maybe) or defending one's family or jealousy or greed or...you get the picture.

I have never killed anybody in my life, not even close. However I do have a very violent imagination and upon many occasions I have had to withdraw while nursing some very terrible thoughts of revenge. I think over the years I have learned how to protect myself from others emotionally because I know deep down I could go nuts on somebody.
My family was very violent and angry. I have a distant relative that I never met who was a infamous mafia hit man in the 1950s. They say he killed 22 people.

i guess its natural to have these thoughts...me too,i learned not to get emotionally attached to just anyone...most screw you in the end...if your not to tight with them it doesnt hurt as much.

Honestly, I am too empathetic to kill - probably even in self defense :( Sometimes I have day dreamed about being some kind of super hero - but I'd feel bad for people and let them go
