  • @PAM2167 ur not saying it correctly . 1 amp is the charge that passes through a certain point for a certain amount of time . Of course in conductors electrons carry the charge and the charge of an electron is 1,6 multiplyed by 10 on the negative 19th . So ... it looks like this ::: I=(n.e)/t and this way we find an quolumb is 6,25 . 10 on the 18th electrons . Its really simple . (Btw n is for number and e is the charge of an electron)

  • @frank0067 electrons go from points with a lower potential (- electrode) to points with a higher potential (+ electrode) if u meant that the current goes from the positive to negative electrode than ur correct ( btw English is not my first language)

  • @SuperFinGuy The positive electron is namd positron.

  • I have one note, the notion that current flows from positive to negative or the "conventional current" wasn't really invalidated. Even today's electron model states the electron could be positive, as long as the atomic nucleus has the opposite charge or negative. In reality Franklin was right. To comprehend charge and current it's important to know how difference of potential works or that positive potential flows to negative potential, that is why air flows out of a balloon and not in. .

  • U are the best of best prof. of electric current

  • the positive terminal usualy is the SURPLUS of electrons..not the negitive terminal..

the flow is from the positive to negitive.. not other way around.. as thought by some today .

  • @Jdonovanford Electrons exist in the wires that are the circuit and windings in generator. The wire passing thru magnetic field in generator force electrons to move back and forth. This is the electrical energy. The electrons never burn up, just forced to move back and forth. Light in circuit is caused by the friction of the electrons moving back and forth in the element of the light. Sort of like rubbing your hands together real fast causes heat but doesn't burn up the muscles in your arms.
