ive been playing metroid since 89 i luv em. i just really didnt like the primes they ruined with em and then they stopped making the 2d ones so yeah i do hate the 3d ones just an opinion.

@POkemon5809 The X did take Samus's weapons and those infected suit parts had X on them which formed into the SA-X. The SA-X had all of Samus's power and weapons to the max! But I see what point your getting at. I have no idea what happened to that mega power beam thing she got in Super Metroid...

@r4shka The Baby Metroid takes the Mother Brain's Hyper Beam energy and then latches onto Samus and fills her energy up and gives her the Hyper Beam Energy. No..It was not anger that made her more powerful..What I dont understand is if she had such a powerful beam then why doesnt she use it on Metroid Fusion..Whatever happened to it? I know her weapons were taken by the X parasites but the Sa-X didnt have it..So..What happened to it? O_O

I remember near the end of the game, when Samus receives Mother Brain's Hyper-Beam... Or is it simply her anger (of having seen Baby the Super-Metroid sacrifice itself for her) that got converted into sheer firepower? I never have understood that part...
