Even if there was a law, I see cops get off the hook here in Alabama all the time. One cop actually got caught molesting a teenage girl - under 18, mind you. He was penalized for "wrongful conduct" and got away scott free. If a civilian even LOOKS at a teenage girl, it's automatic statutory rape, pack your bags, you're going to jail!! Justice in this country is a joke.
